Limited Submission LicenseBy submitting materials, you grant 2nd Chances Production LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license solely to:

• Share internally with authorized reviewers.
  
• Contact you regarding your submission.
  
• Display or promote your submission only with your permission or as otherwise stated in any applicable agreement.
  

No commercial use, publication, distribution, or licensing of your work will occur without a separate written agreement.

Similar IdeasYou understand that 2nd Chances Production LLC may independently develop or receive ideas that are similar or identical to your submission. Submission of your materials does not create any obligation unless both parties enter into a written agreement.
Prohibited ContentDo not submit materials that:
